Kingdom Leadership Network Tanzania (KLNT)
Kingdom Leadership Network Tanzania (KLNT) is a non-governmental organization non-partisan and non-denominational organisation registered under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, No. 24 of 2002 (Certificate of Registration No.00NGO/R/2383), focused on leadership development, ethical leadership, and business transformation in Tanzania and Africa. It was founded in the year 2013. KLNT is headquartered in Mbezi Beach, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
KLNT acknowledges that achieving its vision requires collaborative efforts. Therefore, it is working alongside a range of strategic partners to bring its core mission to fruition. These partners include: The Nelson Mandela Institution of Science and Technology based in Arusha, World Vision Tanzania, The East African Women in Business Platform (EAWIBP), Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma USA, Regent University in Virginia beach USA, The Tanzania Innovation Centre for Agriculture, and the Prime Minister's Office -Labour, Youth, Employment and Persons with Disabilities (SME's Business Development Incubation Program) and banks.
To develop ethical leadership in Tanzania by training, mentoring, coaching, capacity building and prepare political, business and government leaders to embrace moral, value based and ethical principles thereby addressing people, policies and processes in holistic manner.
Transformed Tanzania led by ethical value-based leaders.
These groups are key stakeholders who are central to the development and implementation of transformative leadership practices within various sectors of society.
"Isaac Makala Mpatwa is the Founder and CEO of KLNT–KLI, a visionary leadership and business adviser with over 13 years of experience in banking, business consulting, strategic leadership development, economic diplomacy, and governance. He holds a BBA from Curtin University, Australia, and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Mid Sweden University."

The International Christian Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) is a global organization dedicated to promoting Christian values in the business world. Through networking, mentorship, and events, ICCC encourages business leaders to integrate faith and ethics into their professional lives. The program aims to inspire integrity, ethical decision-making, and a commitment to serving the community while achieving business success.
This program that harmoniously combines reason and faith to nurture Christian leadership with a transformative purpose. By uniting the principles of business development with the values of Christian faith, this program empowers leaders to impact the world positively, instilling a sense of purpose and ethics into their endeavors.
